1. Audit of the existing

2. Growth plan

From the preliminary audit, we build a detailed growth plan, but also, if necessary, a team by seeking out the talents the activity needs to create an inflection point in its growth: sales (team and tools ), business development, growth marketing, data, CRM, CTO and dev, human resources, etc.

3. Co-piloting
