Here is a list of incubators / accelerators / labs launched internally by large French companies. Innovation or transformation programs can take different forms.

We toured the structures created by the most digital companies according to the 2018 “eCAC40” ranking produced by “Les Echos Executives”.

Liquid air :

The mission of the i-Lab, the Air Liquide Group's innovation laboratory, is to explore new markets by adopting an approach focused on uses in order to identify, test and accelerate new growth opportunities for the Group. Both a place of reflection and experimentation, the i-Lab is developing new offers in conjunction with the various entities in charge of innovation, operations and the Group's global business lines, while being a vector of dissemination of new working methods.

Axa:

The AXA Group has launched a new entity, AXA Next, dedicated to the creation of new services and business models going beyond insurance coverage. AXA has decided to invest 200 million euros each year in this vector of innovation. In addition to AXA Labs and AXA Partners, two structures stand out:

Kamet creates innovative and disruptive projects  developed by entrepreneurs in the fields of insurance, protection and assistance.

AXA Venture Partners  invests in enterprise software, fintech , consumer technology and connected health, as well as other technologies related to insurance and asset management. The fund, endowed with 600 million euros, constitutes a unique network of startups: a diversified portfolio made up of around 40 companies to date.

Atos:

We do not (yet) have an identity with the Atos support program, which regularly collaborates with startups in France, either as part of client projects, or on breakthrough innovation and experimentation projects. Atos provides startups with its  e xpertise in the industrialization of digital solutions and the management of international projects, while partner startups provide projects with the benefit of their capacity for innovation and associated business opportunities.

BNP Paribas :

Among the bank's many initials, BNP relies in particular on 3 pillars:  WAI,  the banking group's accelerator,  L'ATELIER BNP PARIBAS  which is preparing a new project and  L'ECHANGEUR by BNP Paribas Personal Finance represents a benchmark for all companies that want to innovate just by drawing inspiration from best distribution practices and new consumer practices. Its experts invite you to develop a best in class vision thanks to a collective and immersive consideration of the environment dedicated to customer relations. Their analyzes are based on the consolidation of feedback, the identification of good practices or the taking into account of emerging trends.

Agricultural credit :

The Crédit Agricole group has two complementary structures:

Le Village by CA:   created in 2014, Le Village is a network of start-up accelerators that relies on innovation ecosystems to support the transformation of businesses in the region.

La Fabrique by CA : this structure is positioned as an internal Startup studio within the group which provides an independent multidisciplinary team to support start-ups.

EDF Pulse Croissance:

EDF Pulse Croissance is both the group's investment fund and the startup incubator that supports start-ups and innovative projects.

Engie:

ENGIE has set up several mechanisms intended to develop collaboration with startups and innovative companies through equity investments, acquisitions (eg: MesDepanneurs.fr) or calls for projects.

Orange:

The Orange Lab is a program of exchange and sharing around innovation and new technologies. There are many initiatives within Orange, including Orange Start-up, which makes it possible to identify, support and promote start-ups from all over the world, regardless of their degree of maturity.

Saint Gobain :

Innovation is driven by NOVA, Saint - Gobain's External Ventures  , which strengthens its links with start-ups. NOVA identifies innovative startups which, like Saint-Gobain, focus on well-being and sustainable development. She then helps them bring their ideas to life and grow their business.

Societe Generale :

#LePlateau was created by Société Générale to promote collaboration between internal and external project teams and FrenchTech ecosystems, #LePlateau hosts, supports and makes its resources available to external and internal startups.

Schneider Electric:

In addition to an investment structure, Schneider Electric has a Business Incubation Program specifically dedicated to the “buildings, energy, and industry” sector.

Total:

Total created Total Innovation EU to support entrepreneurs by offering a broad scope of services “that are related to the online and digital world. We manage projects from start to finish then offer ongoing support and analytics and optimization, as online project never truly end and should always be maintained. "
