By unifying all employee benefits and their administration on a single platform, Mūcho maximizes the impact of compensation policies. For SMEs, it streamlines their investment. For employees, it allows them to get the most out of their benefits.
Paris, November 2024 - Co-founded by the team of entrepreneurs at 321, by Christophe Doré (formerly of Moneo Payment Solutions and Edenred, and co-founder of MoneyTrack), and backed by BNP Paribas, Mūcho enables SME owners and HR managers to choose, manage, and measure their investments in employee benefits and retention.
Currently, benefits are often handled by multiple providers without really taking employee needs into account, resulting in low utilization and limited visibility—despite the employer’s financial effort.
Indeed, 75%(1) of French employees report that their existing benefits do not meet their needs or adapt to their preferences.
Mūcho’s added value lies in its ability to individually deploy and manage benefits effectively and to tailor them to each employee’s lifestyle and life stage.
For 43% of French workers, social benefits are among the top two factors influencing their professional motivation. These benefits can represent up to €6,000 per year in additional purchasing power for an employee, fully exempt from social charges for the employer. Mūcho’s goal is to track and optimize every euro spent on employees to maximize its impact.
Already integrated at select client companies, Mūcho aims for rapid market penetration.
"Following our CSR initiatives—particularly on the social side, ‘doing better and better for our teams’—we chose Mūcho to give our employees the freedom to spend their benefits pot however they wish. Giving them more freedom just makes sense!" Thomas PAROUTY, founder, Agence MIEUX.
With Mūcho, SMEs can easily set up, deploy, and manage their overall employee benefits strategies. In just a few clicks, they can build packages including the services they choose—based on their budget and employee needs—while complying with current URSSAF regulations. For the same budget, a company can boost and clarify its HR policy, personalize its offerings for employees, and improve retention.
« Why should social benefits be distributed uniformly, when every employee is unique and has changing needs based on their age, family situation, or financial circumstances? Mūcho is France’s first true ‘cafeteria plan’ platform, giving both employers and employees a powerful way to manage and personalize benefits.» Christophe Doré, CEO of Mūcho.
« Our ambition is to help business leaders move away from a one-size-fits-all approach to benefits, bringing more freedom and personalization to compensation. In a continuously competitive job market, we help companies attract talent and, more importantly, measure and showcase the financial investments they make to retain them. »
Backed by more than 20 years of experience in social benefits and fintech, Christophe Doré takes the helm at Mūcho. He began his career at Accor Services (now Edenred), holding various commercial management positions, ultimately leading the National Sales Division and the company’s entire salesforce.
He went on to serve as Commercial Director at Randstad, 118 218, and Europcar before joining Moneo Payment Solutions, where he launched the very first Mastercard-based meal voucher card (Moneo Resto) in 2012, later selling the business to Edenred in 2017. Under his leadership, Moneo Payment Solutions processed over €100 million in financial transactions and had 150,000 users.
In 2018, he co-founded MoneyTrack, which developed an innovative third-party payment platform (leveraging smart contracts and mobile payments) for supplemental health insurance providers.
